The Challenge
Chris had 50,000 YouTube subscribers learning to code from his free videos, and he wanted to productize his teaching with an interactive platform. He needed live code execution environments, a structured curriculum system, AI-powered hints, and a learner progress dashboard — all polished enough to compete with established players.
Our Approach
We built CodeLaunch on Next.js with Monaco Editor for the coding environment, Judge0 for sandboxed code execution, and OpenAI for contextual hints. The curriculum builder allowed Chris to create courses without engineering help.
