Traditional agencies use account managers, long contracts, and hourly billing. We work as an embedded product team: fixed price, fixed timeline, daily updates, and we only succeed when your product is live and working. No account managers. No hidden fees.

What if I'm not technical?

Most of our clients aren't. You bring the idea and the business instinct — we handle every technical decision, from database schema to deployment. We explain everything in plain English and ask for your input on what matters: the product experience, not the implementation.

What exactly is your delivery guarantee?

If we miss the agreed delivery date for any reason within our control, your final milestone payment (50% of total) is waived. The only exceptions are scope changes requested by you mid-build, or force majeure events. This guarantee is written into every contract.

Who owns the code after you build it?

You do. 100%. We transfer the full GitHub repository, all design files, documentation, and IP rights on the day of final delivery. We retain no license, no right to reuse your code, and no equity. This is also backed by the NDA and IP assignment agreement we sign before the first call.

Yes. We offer post-launch sprint packages and a monthly retainer option for teams who want to keep building. Many clients continue with us for 6–12 months after their initial MVP launch.

Yes — we build cross-platform mobile apps with React Native and Expo. Most early-stage MVPs don't need a mobile app (a mobile-responsive web app is faster and cheaper to validate), but we'll give you an honest recommendation during the scope call.
