The Challenge
Daniel had 3 mid-sized retail clients ready to leave their legacy HR platform (at $40k/yr each) the moment he had a working alternative. They needed shift scheduling with drag-and-drop, time tracking with GPS verification, payroll export, and an employee mobile app for clock-in/out.
Our Approach
We built CrewFlow with a drag-and-drop schedule board, React Native mobile app for employee clock-in, GPS-verified time logs, and automated payroll export to ADP and QuickBooks. All three clients were imported from their existing systems before launch.
