The Challenge
FinFlow had burned through $40k with two agencies over 8 months and still had no working product. Their seed round conversations were stalling because investors wanted to see a live demo, not a pitch deck. They needed a production-ready expense management platform that could handle real transactions and generate reports — fast enough to make their next investor meeting in 6 weeks.
Our Approach
We focused on the three features that would make or break the investor demo: real-time expense tracking, automated categorization using AI, and a clean reporting dashboard. We chose Supabase for the backend to move fast, integrated Stripe for payment processing, and built a polished Next.js frontend that looked like a product with 6 months of development behind it.

The Outcome
FinFlow launched to production in 17 days. Within 6 weeks they had demoed to 23 investors and closed a $2.1M seed round led by a top-tier fintech fund. The MVP handled over $50k in real transactions during the fundraise process.
“The team built in 3 weeks what two previous agencies couldn't deliver in 6 months.”
