The Challenge
Tom was running a freelancer community of 5,000 members who were all struggling with late payments and high PayPal fees. He wanted to build a dedicated invoicing tool with instant Stripe payouts, multi-currency support, automated late payment reminders, and a branded client portal — and launch before a well-funded competitor entered the market.
Our Approach
We built on Stripe's Connect and Issuing APIs to enable instant payouts with minimal fees. The invoicing engine supported 30+ currencies with automatic conversion, late fees, and PDF generation. The client portal gave payers a frictionless one-click payment experience.
