The Challenge
SynthIQ had a basic GPT wrapper generating $3k/month but knew they needed real product infrastructure to grow. They needed team workspaces, usage-based billing, a public API for enterprise clients, and a content management system — all built on top of their existing AI models. Their technical co-founder was spending all her time on prompt engineering and couldn't build the product layer.
Our Approach
We wrapped their existing AI pipeline in a proper product shell: team workspaces with role-based access, usage tracking and metered billing via Stripe, a documented public API with rate limiting, and a content management dashboard. We used tRPC for type-safe API communication and Supabase for real-time collaboration features.
